This policy explains what https://zingaro.ai collects when you visit, why, for how long, and how to ask about it. It covers the website only. Client work is governed by each statement of work and the confidentiality terms in it.

Who we are
Zingaro AI Private Limited, trading as Zingaro AI, operates this website. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What the website collects
- No accounts and no sign-in. Nothing on this site asks you to register.
- The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with the details filled in, and only what you then choose to send reaches us.
- A first-party cookie named zai_src is set only when you arrive from an AI assistant or from a link tagged with a source. It holds the name of that source, expires after 30 days, and is used to count where enquiries come from. It is not used for advertising and is not shared.
- If website analytics are enabled, they run without cookies and without identifying you: page views, referrers and country, aggregated. The provider in use, if any, is named at the bottom of this page.
- The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (address, browser, page requested, time) for a limited period, for security and to keep the site running.
Email you send us
When you write to us, we keep the email and our reply for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep normal business records. We do not add you to a mailing list; there is none.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent anything about visitors. The only third parties that handle website data are the providers that host the site, deliver our email and, if enabled, run the analytics, each under their own terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within a reasonable time and will say if there is a legal reason we cannot do what you ask.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
We date this policy at the top and change the date when it changes. The current version is always at https://zingaro.ai/privacy.
