Terms of service

These terms cover the use of https://zingaro.ai and describe the standard commercial terms Zingaro AI works under. Every engagement is governed by its own written statement of work, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

  • The content of this site is published by Zingaro AI Private Limited for information. It describes how we work; it is not advice for your specific situation and does not form a contract.
  • Articles in the blog and the engineering blog describe methods and opinions at the time of writing. Check anything you rely on against your own systems.
  • The text, images and code on this site belong to Zingaro AI Private Limited unless stated otherwise. You may quote from it with attribution and a link.
  • Links to other sites, including our products RingTrunk and CallWhiz AI, lead to sites with their own terms.

How an engagement works

  • Each engagement starts with a written statement of work that sets the scope, the milestones, what each milestone delivers, and how it is accepted.
  • A fixed-scope build is invoiced by milestone, and only once that milestone has been accepted. Nothing is paid upfront.
  • Managed operations are invoiced for each period on the volume actually handled, month to month, with no minimum term.
  • There are no seat licences, no minimum number of users and no annual lock-in.

Refunds

Because no milestone is invoiced before it is accepted, refunds do not normally arise. If an accepted milestone is later found not to meet the written acceptance criteria in its statement of work, we correct it at our own cost. Anything beyond that is set out in the statement of work.

Confidentiality and data

  • We treat everything a client shares with us as confidential, and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
  • Where a client's data may sit, and whether any hosted model may see it, is agreed in writing in the statement of work before work starts.
  • Ownership and licence terms for anything built or trained under an engagement are recorded in its statement of work.

Liability

Our responsibilities for an engagement, and the limits on them, are set out in its statement of work. For the website itself, we do our best to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site.

Law

Zingaro AI Private Limited is a company registered in India, and these website terms are governed by the laws of India. The governing law of an engagement is set out in its statement of work.
